NIX Secures Two Additional Trademark Victories in Ukraine

Following our previous press release on NIX’s success in defending its trademark rights, NIX has secured two further favorable decisions in Ukraine:

September 24, 2026 — Kyiv Court of Appeal. The court dismissed N-IX Holding Ltd.’s appeal and upheld the first-instance ruling, rejecting its attempt to strip NIX of its longstanding trademark rights in Ukraine.

October 22, 2026 — Ukrainian Intellectual Property Office. The Appeals Chamber granted NIX’s objection in full, preventing the registration of the N-iX trademark in Ukraine.

These two decisions further strengthen NIX’s legal position and trademark protection in Ukraine.
