The whole world is coming together to stand for Ukraine, thus demonstrating unity and solidarity for world peace. NIX United condemns russia’s actions as an aggressor on the sovereign state of Ukraine, and with all of our hearts, we wish for a rapid end to this bloody war.
We are proud that the NIX United team has a brave Ukrainian heart—our key partner and R&D center is located in Kharkiv, Ukraine. This vibrant and beautiful city was one of the first to suffer from constant air attacks by russian troops.
NIX United’s first priority is to ensure that our team is safe and sound—the company values people first and foremost. We have relocated all our teammates with their families from conflict hotspots to safe places and transformed the office into a bomb shelter for those who couldn’t leave—it kept safe more than a hundred people in the first days of the war. Our volunteers were online from the first day of war and coordinated the movement of our team navigating among a million other people. As a result, in less than a week, 94% of our 2200+ engineers are back on track to work efficiently as before.
Furthermore, NIX psychologists keep abreast of the emotional and mental state of each teammate and their families and readily provide assistance 24/7.
The entire Ukrainian community is united more than ever. Everyone contributes to the common goal of Ukraine’s victory.
The IT industry was one of the leading industries before this dreadful war and now we need to support Ukraine’s economy with all the resources we have. While the soldiers of the Ukrainian army are fighting the aggressor, our key R&D partner as part of the IT cluster in Ukraine remains a sustainable segment of economics that provides a social-economic impact on the country’s prosperity.
