NIX is seeking a motivated Sales Representative with the desire to build a successful career in tech services/software sales. The position is a direct client-facing role located in Tampa, Florida.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling outstaffing services and outsourced software development solutions
- General understanding of software development technologies
- Strong knowledge of searching channels
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strategic and creative mindset and business development skills
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
Key responsibilities:
- Define sales strategy
- Improve the client database
- Look for new channels to generate leads
- Communicate with potential clients, analyze their needs, set up preliminary meeting
- Participate in project cost estimation
- Draw up and drive the execution of contracts and ensure new deals are processed efficiently and in accordance with set deadlines
- Qualify new and existing leads
- Support existing customers
