Sales Representative


NIX is seeking a motivated Sales Representative with the desire to build a successful career in tech services/software sales. The position is a direct client-facing role located in Tampa, Florida.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling outstaffing services and outsourced software development solutions
  • General understanding of software development technologies
  • Strong knowledge of searching channels
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strategic and creative mindset and business development skills
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills

Key responsibilities:

  • Define sales strategy
  • Improve the client database
  • Look for new channels to generate leads
  • Communicate with potential clients, analyze their needs, set up preliminary meeting
  • Participate in project cost estimation
  • Draw up and drive the execution of contracts and ensure new deals are processed efficiently and in accordance with set deadlines
  • Qualify new and existing leads
  • Support existing customers
